Sb meeting tonight

If they find out this meeting appalachia HS is gone, and a student comes for the spring semister aren't they able to play in the fall after being there 1 semister? Players couldn't just play this year, but next year is my question if they leave next semister?

No the handbook states that you must sit out 365 days......on top of that the word is that a new rule will most likly be passed that would require a studend transfering due to change of custody would have to sit out 90 days


That being said people have been makeing a joke out of the transfer rule for a LONG time now so if the kid wants to go to burton bad enough and is willing to jump through ome hoops I am sure he will be able to do just that

365 is my understanding.

According to the press release, it is supposed to happen in the 2011-2012 school year. This spring will be their last year.

I've got a few rental houses in Norton and I would be glad to rent to anyone wanting to transfer to Burton. :D

In all seriousness, well I was serious in the above statement because I need good renters, but I think Barker would do quite well at Burton. A good solid FB makes JIB's offense very dangerous if you can pound it up the middle and he can certainly do that. A solid FB makes the Jet much more successful. I have always enjoyed watching the kid play when we play Appy, he is tough.

It only says "school" but I'd bet they will pick schools. It wouldn't really be a big deal to allow a kid to select JIB or C-wood , if they can stand the drive.
